What you need to know – without legalese.
In standard use – regular voting, Q&A and brainstorming events – VOXR itself does not collect any personal data of your attendees. No tracking, no user profiles, no retargeting. Often, you don’t even need a DPA.
Privacy by Default
We don’t play tricks like „archiving” to keep data around through the back door. What you delete is truly and instantly deleted – except for a multiply secured backup for emergencies. And even that is completely and permanently deleted after 30 days.

All AI features (summaries, event chat, translations) are disabled by default. No data flows to AI services unless you actively turn them on. When you do: exclusively on the basis of EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and thus within our GDPR-compliant agreement.

VOXR runs on dedicated servers at Hetzner GmbH in Germany – not in US clouds, not on shared infrastructure. All data stays within the EU/EEA.

You are the data controller – VOXR is solely your processor. VOXR never manually touches your data. You create, change, delete. The system executes. Nobody at VOXR looks into your event data.
