Yes, of course. You can try VOXR for free to familiarise yourself with the features before your event. VOXR has been successfully running hundreds of events since 2015 – the platform is stable and proven.
VOXR offers various licence models. Packages with the "Unlimited" option include a dedicated portal through which employees can independently create accounts. All licences include a GDPR-compliant data processing agreement (DPA).
Yes, VOXR offers a free version with which you can test the core features. Pro licences are available for more extensive features and larger events.
Yes, VOXR even goes beyond GDPR requirements. Exclusive to VOXR: we do not even store the IP addresses of attendees. No user profiles are created, no tracking cookies are set and no tracking data is collected. A data processing agreement (DPA) is included in all licences.
Yes, votes in VOXR are completely secret. The secrecy of the ballot is guaranteed – participant codes cannot be resent for this reason, as doing so would compromise anonymity.
VOXR works on all devices with a web browser: iPhones, Android smartphones, tablets and even older devices. On the organiser side, a laptop with an internet connection is all that is needed.
