But the format is flexible: 12-1-12 gives you wonderful half-hour segments (incl. moderation and transitions). And even 20-1-20 is still far more interactive and engaging than 45 minutes of straight presentation.

In our experience: yes – and they love it. Speakers get something valuable back: real, immediate feedback. The SMART Questions Cloud shows them live what resonated with the audience.
