Yes, VOXR even goes beyond the High Class Standard GDPR requirements. We don’t even store participants’ IP addresses – this is unique among voting and event tools. No user profiles are created, no tracking cookies are set and no tracking data is collected. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is included in all licenses.

All VOXR servers are located in Europe. No data is transferred to third countries. This means VOXR also meets the data residency requirements of government agencies and public institutions.

No. VOXR is the only voting system that deliberately does not store participants’ IP addresses. We made this decision out of conviction: if we don’t need a piece of information, we don’t store it. Full stop.

VOXR does not use tracking cookies, fingerprinting or tracking of any kind. No user profiles are created whatsoever. Participation is fully anonymous – technically guaranteed, not just promised.

Yes. A High Class Standard GDPR-compliant DPA is included in all VOXR licenses – at no extra cost and without additional negotiation. If your organisation wishes to use its own DPA, that is also possible. Simply get in touch with us.

Yes. All VOXR votings are cast anonymously. For authenticated votes with AuthVote, the voter’s identity is technically separated from the vote – no one, not even VOXR itself, can trace how a person voted. Named voting is also possible on request.

Yes. Since VOXR is purely browser-based and requires no app download, it is compatible with all common Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems. No permissions for camera, contacts or location are required.

As little as possible: only the content that participants actively enter (e.g. answers, questions, votes). No IP addresses, no device IDs, no location data. For authenticated votes, email addresses or codes are used only for verification and are technically separated from the vote cast.

Event data is available to the organiser for evaluation after the event. Deletion takes place after the agreed periods or at the organiser’s request at any time. Participant data is not stored beyond the purpose of the event.

VOXR is regularly reviewed and approved by the data protection officers of large organisations. TÜV privacy experts from MEDITÜV rated VOXR as “fully convincing”. Federal ministries, DAX corporations and public administrations have been using VOXR for years.

VOXR optionally offers AI-powered features such as SMART Q&A and the AI Event Assistant. All AI features can be disabled at any time. When enabled, they are subject to VOXR’s Data Processing Agreements (DPA) with DeepL and OpenAI and are therefore 100% High Class Standard GDPR-compliant. Event data is therefore not used to train AI models. When switched on, the AI processes content only during the event and solely for the purpose of moderation and structuring. VOXR also works completely without AI, with minimal limitations in functionality, primarily in multilingual support.
